1.    Sodexo contract at Mac campus
a.    Contract is up in January.

2.    Car-Free Day planning
a.    Sept 22
b.    ~5 groups confirmed (Green Party, Animal Liberties, PGSS, Envirocomm, Gorilla Composting, STOP, maybe more)

c.    Outdoor cafe: coffee from PGSS, food(Animal Liberties, Organic Campus, Midnight Kitchen), tables, confirm tabling location
e.    chalking volunteers (we need people to arrive at school early in the morning and turn the road into a giant bike/pedestrian lane)
f.    car-free city photo display
g.   Normand King?
h.    Big canvas, invite students to share ideas and respond to prompt (to be determined)
i.    Class information slide for Monday and Tuesday before
j.    SSMU listserv next Friday (Warren)
